These Terms govern your use of PlayHytale.gg. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PlayHytale.gg is an independent community website for discovering and promoting Hytale servers. We are not affiliated with Hypixel Studios or Hytale.

• You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Do not share your password. Use a strong password and keep it private.

• You keep ownership of content you submit (text, images, videos).
• You grant PlayHytale.gg a non-exclusive right to host, display, and distribute your content as part of operating the service.
• You must have the rights to content you upload. No stolen/copyright-infringing content.
• We may remove or restrict content at any time if it violates these Terms or creates risk for the site.

• Abuse, harassment, threats, or hate content.
• Spam (including vote manipulation, automated voting, bot traffic, or repeated submissions).
• Attempts to bypass limits (e.g., “one vote per day” rules).
• Malware, exploits, scraping that harms performance, or attempts to access restricted areas.
• Any illegal activity.

Voting is provided to help the community surface popular servers. We may apply spam filters, rate limits, and fraud detection. Votes may be invalidated if we believe they are abusive, automated, or manipulated.

We can suspend or terminate accounts (and remove content) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if your activity risks the security or reliability of the service.

• The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or availability of servers.
• We are not responsible for third-party servers, content, or links.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayHytale.gg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
